Excellent Stay in a Charming Location
helpful staff friendly staff great help fantastic mocha
I left my luggage early on the day of arrival, and the staff was very accommodating. Alex at the front desk was friendly and helpful when I checked in. He also assisted with my bags to the room which was appreciated. In the morning, Lorenzo made me a fantastic mocha, which I found lovely.
The room was a bit small but nice and neat.

The location provides the convenience of the nearby tube station, shops, and restaurants. The B&B is situated just uphill from the tube, offering easy access to transportation. Hampstead is a safe and pleasant area for exploration.

friendly staff easy access great location
the staff remembered me from a previous year this was a pleasant surprise the b and b is near the northern line access is very easy it's located in a sophisticated area away from tourist crowds there are many restaurants and shops nearby
the bathroom in my room was a bit small it only allowed space for one person at a time

small towels outside noise
the staff were friendly enough i will say that
the room felt quite cramped it barely fit the bed the towels were oddly small and didn't quite do the job the noise from outside was a bit much too especially with traffic going past early in the morning
